Terms of Purchase

1. Ordering Process

By placing an order at La Queretana, the user acknowledges they are acquiring a handcrafted piece. If physical stock is unavailable, the production time is approximately one week.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include VAT. Payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We offer national and international shipping. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. La Queretana is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
